Course Aims:
Provide the delegate with a range of skills and conceptual models in three types of training activity:
- Presentation: essentially the one way delivery of material
- Theory Lesson: a participative build-up of information within the group.
- Skill Lesson: a participative build up of manual or intellectual skill
- Help the delegate develop confidence in delivering training to groups
- Providing the opportunity for skills development, practice and feedback
Course Objective:
By the end of the course the student will:
- Be able to plan, prepare and deliver training sessions using three approaches:
- The presentation
- The theory lesson
- The skills lesson
- Demonstrate behaviors which create a rapport with learners.
- Understand the benefits of Feedback and develop the information received to their benefit.
